Hi everyone, thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I'm going to be joining a 6 day trek in the Himalayas to raise money for this amazing charity. For anyone not familiar with the work of the Alzheimer's Society, they are a nationwide charity for sufferers of all diseases that may cause dementia, supporting around 30,000 people every week. 1 in 3 older people will end their life with dementia so it really is a disease that will affect millions of families. It's a great cause to support and your donations can massively help further research, support and campaigning.

So please, please sponser me as much as you can! I'm going to start training soon for the trek which will be in November. It's going to be hard going, trekking for around 7 hours a day so I need all your support to get fit! I will be keeping this page updated with news and photos to let everyone know how fundraising and training is going.
