This April marks five years since my Step Dad & the boys’ wonderful Grandad Jeff passed away. He suffered from Parkinson’s so I have chosen to raise money & awareness for this awful disease by running/plodding round Dorney Lake in his memory.

I know my timing is terrible - post Xmas, cost of living crisis…… but if you have to have a couple of quid or fiver lying around and feel like donating then that would be great! And if you can’t then that’s absolutely fine but all I ask is for you to please click on the Parkinson’s link and have a little read about it. As much as I want to raise money I also want to raise awareness for this wonderful charity.

I have chosen £500 as my starting target because this would fund a Parkinson’s nurse for 25 hours.
