Since their first meeting Lizzie and Gemma knew it was love at first sight. They met a couple of years ago and since then their friendship has grown to the point where they are willing to take part in this big challenge.

On the 10 May 2014 they have decided to brave the streets of London and walk a full marathon under the stars to fight against breast cancer.

Everyone knows someone who has been affected by the disease and we thought this would be a great , meaningful, if not slightly mental way of raising money for this worthwhile charity.

If any of you are out and about in London on the night, cups of tea, chocolate, stretchers or wheel chairs will be gratefully received along the way.

Furthermore if there is anyone (mad like us) who would like to join our team and walk with us please do, all the support will be greatly appreciated to help this worthy cause.

Please, please help us to raise as much money as possible, even if you can only afford £1, it all helps to go towards a total which will keep us going through the night as we walk the 26.2 miles in aid of Breast Cancer.
