Elizabeth's Sky dive for IPF

Sky dive for IPF · 5 January 2018
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Hello! My name is Elizabeth. In May I will be participating in a tandem skydive to raise money and awareness for individuals living with IPF (idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis), in memory of my Grandad, Graham. Even though i am a Nurse myself, until my Grandad's diagnosis last May I had little knowledge about this disease yet statistics suggest the condition affects 32,500 people in the U.K. Action for pulmonary fibrosis, My chosen charity supports research in developing improved outcomes and understanding of the disease, in turn enhancing quality of life for individuals who are living with the condition. My Grandad inspired me in many ways but perhaps most of all how he is dealed with his diagnosis so courageously. I want to raise money, to help other individuals impacted by this awful disease to get the support to do the same. So, I'm jumping out of a plane at 10,000 ft despite being scared of heights :D. Any small donation would be greatly appreciated.
