Its a challenge to fit training into a busy work schedule but well worth it. The competition with my daughter, Emily, is healthy too. We have set ourselves challenging targets, for us, hoping to complete in less than 1 hour 10 mins (originally 1 hour but at my age my body protests too much!).

Having had 4 friends with breast cancer and Maureen with cancer also it is the least I can do to put something back into the system to say thanks for the research and treatments that means they are all fully recovered or doing well.
