Story

Thank you for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Someone said to me the other day,

"You know, you can't save the world by yourself."

Well, that doesn't mean I'm going to stop trying! However, until there comes a time when I can safely say "It's OK, I don't need your help anymore!", here's the plan:

I'll do the crazy swimming events, you can sponsor me. We can save the world together, one length at a time!

And why the WWF? Well, in my mission to save the world, I thought I would start with the animals. Why animals you say? Because it's their world too. <3

The challenge:

I am going to swim for 2 hours on Sunday 7th September. I swim at an average pace of 1 mile every 34 minutes; (that's 64 lengths in a 25m pool or 80 lengths in my 20m pool!) I am hoping that, tiredness considered, I should be able to achieve 3 miles in 2 hours, which will be 240 lengths. Hopefully I won't loose count!
