Hi! Liz, Liam, Kitty and Joe want to raise money for Parkinsons UK.

To give you all an excuse to donate money to this amazing charity we will be embarking on the ludicrous mission of cycling from London to Leeds along the canals and waterways of England. We will be carrying everything we need and camping out along the way - rain (probably) or shine (hopefully). 5 days - 50 miles a day! Its gonna hurt! BUT .....

£2 pays for a DVD to be sent to someone recently diagnosed with Parkinsons

£26 pays for a nurse to answer calls on a helpline for one hour

£150 funds a Parkinson's nurse for a day to provide specialist care

£1000 could fund a cutting edge research project for a week
