On Saturday 15th May, I am having my hair cut and donating my hair to The Little Princess Trust to be made into wigs.  Alongside this, I am raising money for Willow Wood Hospice in honour of my lovely friend, Shirley Bamford. I didn’t know Shirley for very long, but in the time I spent with her she showed me incredible kindness; we laughed lots, and made fantastic memories. Shirley is one of the strongest women I have ever met, but tragically in July 2019 she lost her fight to breast cancer. I am raising money for Willow Wood Hospice as Shirley spent her last days there and they provided amazing care for her.

Willow Wood is an incredible adult Hospice providing specialist palliative care for patients with life limiting illnesses, both cancer and non-cancer diagnosis. They provide care, free of charge, and patients, families and their carers are at the centre of everything they do.

Please give generously to this amazing charity so they can help more people like Shirley.
