For 2020 we have choosen to support the wonderful charity Me2 Club which enables children and young people with additional needs and disabilities, aged 5-19, in the Wokingham Borough, to attend mainstream activities. Something I know runs very close to the hearts of the many Mum's and Dad's of Wokingham and Reading that are clients of Elite Conditioning, running groups and the Elite Strong Communiity classes.

Me2 Club do this by recruiting, training and developing volunteers to provide 1:1 (2:1 when required) support to the young people at an activity of their choice, from uniformed groups such as Cubs and Brownies, to Taekwondo, youth groups or swimming.

We will be holding several events, challenges and competitions throughout 2020 to support the charity kicking off with our Christmas runs at the end of December and a Charity Raffle for the chance to win the Elite Conditioining collaborative hamper worth over £400.
