My name is Elisha, known to most as Eli. In 1999 I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes just after my 8th birthday. Throughout my life I have found my disease hard to manage.. especially in my early teens where I'd gone into a diabetic coma. Since then I tried to turn my life around, however type 1 has always caused problems to my health no matter how hard I try. 

I want to do this challenge so the money can go to 1. Help the research find a cure & 2. Help the charity support those with more support & advise the families supporting their family member or friend.

I would appreciate your love, support & donations. As little as £5 can make a lot of different. This is my first challenge for a charity close to my heart & it's going to be extra challenging as I'd be doing this at the same time as my chronic kidney disease recovery & on going dialysis treatment.
