On Saturday 9th February, Amelia, Lizzie and Elise will be taking part in the event Mud & Madness... for those of you who don't know what this is it has been described as a 'mud crawling, heart pounding, adrenaline bursting, mind challenging, obstacle crazy event that will push you to your limits'.. anyone who knows the three of us will know it's right up our street...!! The course itself consists of various events such as 1500m army style challenges, river crossings, assault course & beasting session (army boot camp stylee!), running 2400m through a mud alley, crossing 2 rivers (by foot) and a sprint to the finish!

As challenging as this sounds we're definitely going to be doing it with a smile on our face as all the money that we raise is going to Saint Francis Hospice, a place very special to each of us. Sadly last year, our very close friend Amy passed away after a long battle against Ovarian Cancer. In the last 3 weeks of her life Amy was cared for by Saint Francis Hospice who ensured her time there was calm and comfortable. We know Amy would have found even the thought of us doing this hilarious, so any donation no matter how big or small will be greatly appreciated.
