Helloooo

I've decided to try and do something worthwhile with my life by taking parting in a 10k run on the 17th of June in Regents Park (hopefully without the need for resuscitation!). For those of you who know me i'm not a particularly sporty person so this could go horribly wrong.. But i really am determined to cross the finishing line to raise money in helping to do anything to suppport those who have been affected by this horrible disease, which, lets face it, is a large majority of you..
