Through substance abuse prevention, mental and physical wellness, and recovery support programs, the Alliance connects, strengthens, and mobilizes strategic partners to promote healthier communities. Many of us, including myself, know someone that has been affected by addiction at some point in our lives and how it impacts the whole family. We are making great strides in creating an environment for families and youth in Oakland County that provides the education and resources for continued health.

When I was nine years, old my dad passed due to drug addiction, and it was very hard on m and my family. I don't want other families to have to go through what I went through, losing a parent/loved one from drug abuse is really hard, and I would hate for it to happen for other people.
