Ready, Set, SNOW! I'm unleashing my inner elf to support people affected by dementia.

It’s that time of the year again peeps where I dress up as an elf to raise awareness of this horrible disease. 

As you may or may not be aware I did this last year for the first time and this was for my Nan who passed away in January 2020. 

She was the most amazing, kind and caring person anyone could meet and is missed dearly by all the family and that why I have chosen to actually silly and dress up on her behalf.
