Hi all,

So I decided that my first attempt at serious running should have a cause (why let all that hard work and sweat go to waste?) And for those of you that know me well, it will come as no surprise that I have chosen to support an animal charity: Being a ridiculously hopeless animal lover is one of the things that characterises me the most! So please help keep me and my sore knees going by supporting the Blue Cross Animal Welfare. Even the smallest of donations can make a difference!
