I, accompanied by my friend Beth who is fundraising for Cancer Research UK, will be taking on a 19 mile walk from Reading to Newbury on the 2nd of September to try and raise as much money as possible for the BHF.

The money I raise will of course all go to the British Heart Foundation to fund LIFE SAVING research into heart disease and how to prevent, treat, and operate on those who have heart problems!

Anyone who knows me will know this charity is close to my heart (pardon the pun) as my Grandad passed away after issues with his heart and others in my family have been affected by heart conditions that were unable to be treated.

So, the plan is that I walk, you donate (or sign up on my paper form to sponsor me - or even come along if you fancy a 5.5 hour walk!), and we all reap the rewards of raising lots of money for the BHF! #splendid.
