I am so excited to announce that I will be running the London Marathon on Sunday April 23^rd 2023 in support of Alzheimer's Research UK. As you may know, this is a cause that is very close to my heart, as I have seen firsthand the devastating impact that dementia can have on individuals and their loved ones.❤️ 

👟 I am running the marathon to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer's Research UK, in the hope that one day we can find a cure for this devastating disease. I have set a fundraising goal of £3,000 and I am asking for your support in helping me reach this goal.

Currently, there is no cure for dementia and existing treatments
can only temporarily alleviate symptoms. By supporting research into
dementia, we can help to improve the lives of those affected by the
disease and potentially find a cure in the future. ❤️ 

Did you know that the damage caused by Alzheimer’s can lead to a brain weighing around 140g less than a healthy one – that’s about the weight of an orange. If I reach my fundraising goal I will complete the marathon dressed as an orange! 🍊
