Story
Sadie Rose is 2 years old. In October 2010, aged just 14 months old, Sadie was diagnosed with HIGH RISK NEUROBLASTOMA, an aggressive form of cancer that mainly affects small children and babies.
Brave Sadie Rose has endured lots of different cancer treatments here in the UK, including intensive high dose chemotherapy, radiotherapy, a stem cell transplant and major surgery to remove the tumour which was located just above her left kidney.
Sadly, almost at the end of her gruelling treatment this summer, Sadie suffered a relapse and a tumour was discovered on the right side of her tiny brain. Sadie underwent potentially life-threatening surgery recently and the tumour was successfully removed. She now has another course of intense radiotherapy ahead of her.
This aggressive form of cancer has an 80% chance of relapse and now baby Sadie’s best chance of beating this awful cancer long-term lies in America, where they can provide her with specialised immune therapy. This potentially life-saving treatment is likely to cost at least £250,000.
Sadie has never given up through all she has had to endure, her tiny body has continued to fight this awful disease but now she needs our help.....please help us help Sadie,if everyone that reads this pledge will only donate £1 it/we will make a difference!!
Thank you xx
