Two milestones 4 me in 2016. 

First is my 60th birthday (how did that happen) on 4th Feb. The second on the same day-  I'm running my first 10k on our beautiful Cardiff Taff Trail first thing in the morning. That may not seem much of a milestone but under a year ago I couldn't run 200 metres. ( thank you Couch25k via NHS Choices for the plan and encouragement)   If I can do it anyone can. That seems v self indulgent so I'm also raising much needed funds for Cardiff Street Pastors who I volunteer with in the Nightbase each month. They do an amazing job of helping to keep our city centre safe each weekend 10pm-4am, all with love and compassion. We have to raise all our funding so please consider a donation however small. @StreetPastorsCF
