Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.  This year I take part in my first marathon in my hometown of Manchester!  I have been training hard and am looking forward to the big day, all support/pom pom waving is welcome!

I have selected The Cystic Fibrosis Trust as my chosen charity in Memory of Lizzie Gardener, my sister Laura's best friend from primary school and someone I knew almost all her life.  Sadly, Lizzie passed away 2 years ago, just after her 30th birthday in 2010 and many people miss her greatly.  Lizzie was an amazing person, always positive, always fun and the only person who laughed heartily at my crapest jokes.  Only Lizzie could make you feel like you had missed your vocation and that you had possibly been a stand-up comedian in a former life!

I want to raise as much as I can for this great charity that support sugffers of Cystic Fibrosis and their familes in all aspects, so if you can dig deep and think of my poor feet on teh 29th April that would be great.  Even a few quid will do, it all helps!
