On October 14th I will be taking part in the 10k Royal Marines Commando Challenge at Woodbury Common, Devon.

The Challenge is owned by and raises funds for the Devon Air Ambulance Trust and The Royal Marines Charity, meaning all proceeds and donations from the event will go to both charities (although the JustGiving page looks like it's just for Devon Air Ambulance, all money raised is split 50/50 between The RM Charity and DAAT).

If each person taking part in the challenge raised £50 in sponsorship, it would help keep the Devon Air Ambulance flying, or pay for a specialist prosthetic limb for an injured Royal Marine to enable them to walk again.
