Our wonderful friends are cycling from Lands End to John O'Groats for charity. Not known for our love of cycling but well known for our morale boosting capabilities and an inordinate fondness for lists, Andy and I are going to be the support team for the ride. And yes, Bryher will be the official mascot.

We have chosen to raise money for the Huntington's Disease Society as it is a disease that has affected several members of a friends family. Huntington's disease is a hereditary disordor of the central nervous system for which there is currently no cure. Please do give generously.
