Hello!

I know I previously said that my sister Issy was the closest that I would ever come to doing excersie for charity, but then my friend Pino phoned early one morning, I was hungover, he had this idea... and before I knew I was signed up to riding a bike to Brighton. Since then things haven't exactly gone to plan, but now I've got a sparkly new bike and training is well under way (mentally) so please sponser me... it's for a really good cause (hearts! we all have one) and appartently lots of hot boys go on it too, so you might even be helping me (hearts! again). And who knows, one day I might be carrying an Olypic tourch too.
