The effects a stroke can have upon individuals and their families are devastating. Both my Dad and Grandma suffered from strokes in their lifetime. They were both brilliantly generous people, so I've decided to try and give a little back this Christmas in their memory.

I'm hoping to raise a little bit of money in aid of a good cause by taking part in the Boxing Day Dip at Saltburn Beach (hopefully without catching pneumonia!). Anything you could donate would be greatly appreciated and would go towards a fantastic charity.
