Story
Hi everyone,
I have wanted to complete this challenge for the fetal medicine unit at the JR for about 6 years but there has always been a reason not to (like having babies!). As many of you will know I had our first baby, Noah, when I was just 20 weeks pregnant with him following a complicated pregnancy and difficult IVF. His loss had a profound impact on our lives and without the support of the fetal medicine unit and their incredible staff, we would not have our two beautiful healthy children, Alyssa who arrived in 2016 and Remy who arrived in 2022. The care they showed us, and the knowledge they have helped to ensure not only two healthy pregnancies but also two safe (although dramatic in their own ways!) deliveries. It would mean so much to me if you could support me with raising money for this incredible unit. Those of you who know me well will know I am terrified of heights. The more I raise the easier it will be to take those first steps off the edge of the building!! 🫣🫣
Thank you all!
