Awyr Las (Blue Sky) is a Charity through which you can raise money for specific wards, matters close to your heart etc.  for example Cancer support.  Your donations will help fund some of the added extras - big and small - that go above and beyond what the NHS is able to provide, making a real difference for local patients and their families when they need it the most.

North Wales Cancer Appeal has done so much great work and has been fundraising for the benefit of The North Wales Cancer Treatment Centre at Ysbyty Glan Clwyd since 1991.  Run wholly by volunteers in conjunction with both clinical and management staff in the Centre, they have achieved so much.  Please see their website for more information.   https://northwalescancerappeal.co.uk/

Mum and Dad lost their lives to cancer, and mum had to travel regularly by  bus all the way to Clatterbridge for her treatments.  However, now we have a centre of excellence close to home and some wonderful new treatments that are highly successful in the fight against cancer.
