Story
Our daughter Gemma was diagnosed with breast cancer In 2012 she had chemotherapy, surgery & then radiotherapy. She thought the worst was behind her when in November 2013 it came back and it was a very aggressive type of breast cancer and as a family we were devastated. Gemma was a very private person and she didn't tell people. She would much prefer people to remember her as bubbly, fun person. Gemma was a carer herself and was passionate about her work and would approve of us doing this and putting something back. As a family we can't put into words what Wheatfields did for Gemma and for all our family, even just the small acts of kindness by the staff. The staff are brilliant and we have nothing but praise for them and admiration. The staff at Wheatfields are truly amazing.
