I'm taking part in Cancer Research UK's Race for Life Pretty Muddy this year.  I'm not sure quite what to expect other than a 5K run, obstacle course and a bit of mud!  I've never done anything like this before, but I'm up for the challenge.  It's at Priory Park, Bedford on 13th June.
