I am launching my new collection PLANTASIA, during LFW on the 20th September, and am asking if all guests would consider donating a small donation towards the ORCA CHARITY.  

I am a fashion activist, creating vegan fashion garments made from growing my own plant leathers, and creating dyes and inks from foraged plants and crystals. I create my shows as collaborative opportunities for talented artists to work together to create something beautiful, without concerns for profit. With each collection I connect notions of science, philosophy and spirituality to reconnect people with the earth. 

Our hearts pick up energetic waves from a greater distance than our brains, operating at the same energetic level as plants and trees. together we can learn to tune into this frequency and communicate with nature as we should. In Plantasia we explore this.

The story of  ORCAS in captivity, is absolutely devastating. Many Orca are stolen from their habitat away from there families. Orca are so much more in touch with their family and social groups even more than humans. They are highly intelligent creatures. After years in captivity, forced to perform for our amusement and for food, kept in unexpectedly small spaces, sometimes unable to move, their fins become deformed and they develop severe depression and mental health issues. Orca have been thought to commit suicide, bashing their heads in desperation and also lying motionless in their pens, literally dying from sadness. I urge you to watch the BLACK FISH documentary, and educate yourself further on these beautiful creatures.
