Story

I am taking part in the Kiktwalk to support Mariya who is taking part in her 7th Glasgow Kiltwalk in memory of her older brother Ahmar Javed, who she sadly lost in 2017 due to a rare, hidden and previously undiagnosed condition called AVM.  This year, the Glasgow Kiltwalk falls on the exact date she lost him.

Her family set up a tribute fund called Another Star in the Sky in association with Glasgow Children's Hospital Charity, in memory of Ahmar. They aim to raise money for research into AVM and to fund bereavement services.

Please donate to my Kiltwalk if you can.

Thanks  ❤️
