Outside Every Day is a new lockdown challenge 🍃 It will be running from Monday 18th of January until February 14th (Valentine’s Day.)

Lockdown has been exceptionally tough on everyone’s physical and mental well-being. By going outside every day and getting fresh air I am hoping to improve both of these for myself and hopefully inspire someone else to take part! Getting outside is one of the best ways to lower stress and give yourself a boost.

From this coming Monday I will be doing this everyday for the following weeks. I am doing this to raise money for Edinburgh Children’s Hospital Charity - they do incredible work and offer such amazing support for so many families.
