Well I'm not very fit and I don't really like a challenge so this should be interesting!  But I will try my very best to get off my bum and do 5k (or at least 30 mins of exercise) every single day for 50 days!  And if I can raise a wee bit of money at the same time then that would be even better - and will help me get off the couch!
