St Teresa's Hospice has meant a great deal to me and our family for many years. I have ran  many great north runs for the hospice and raised money to refurbish a room in memory of my mother in law. They gave great support to family in recent years and are also supporting my husband who is on his own cancer journey. I have been moved by their recent plight about a lack of funding and that has prompted me to set this very ambitious target, which i am passionate about trying to achieve however i can.  My mobility is limited, but achieving 100 miles in 100 days will be a huge challenge for me.
