March For Migraine · 1 March 2023 to 31 March 2023 ·

Run, walk, hop or skip, there are many ways to take your 190,000 steps for March for Migraine! It's a fun challenge that you can take at your own pace. Every step you take will be helping raise crucial funds to support people with migraine.

Story

I’ve been a chronic migraine sufferer for many years, and have experienced migraine since I was a child, I’ve had pain everyday for the last 7 years from migraine, and other fun migraine symptoms too. I know from personal experience how much migraine can impact on your life and change it’s shape as you fight to survive through each attack and pick up the pieces of your life when you get to the other side.

I hope that in raising awareness of migraines and their impact on people will help to reduce the prejudice that migraine sufferers face. I hope the money will help to fund research into finding a cure for migraines, the dream of many migraine sufferers, myself included.

My aim is to walk 190,000 steps in my March for migraine and my dogs shall walk a lot of that with me! And happily I might add.
