Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I have decided to raise money for the Stroke Association by taking part in an Ironman (2.4 mile swim, 122 mile bike, 26.2 mile run) in July this year.

I have debated whether to do it for charity but a) any money for charity is better than nothing, b) it will (hopefully) be the biggest sporting achievement of my life and c) stroke is something I think about when I run so it will give me added motivation when I'm tired and still have another 20 miles to run!!
