The Virgin Money London Marathon needs no introduction. As the most iconic marathon in the world, we want our team of Roy's Runners to hit the streets of London and raise both awareness and money so the UK's Lung Cancer Patients can expect better

Story

This will be my 4th London Marthathon 

I started raising money for the Roy Castle Lung Foundation around 5 years ago and I have raised over £60,000 for them. 

I chose this charity as my late grandfather passed away with the disease and I know how very proud he would be of me giving my all to something  

The charity is only a small one and the appealing thing for me is the fact that the donations actually make a visable difference. 

This year will be the first year that I have actively trained and tried to run the marathon in a good time. 

All donations will be massively appreciated.

We are the only UK lung cancer charity dedicated to helping everyone affected by the disease. We fund essential research and provide much needed support, information and advice. We raise awareness and challenge the misconceptions of lung cancer. We do all this so those affected can expect better.
