I am cycling 100km  (62m) on 5 August 2018 for Myton Hospices.  There is no doubt that the hospices do some cracking work during very challenging times in the lives of many of our friends and families. This is the first time that I have done anything of this scale but feel that it is within my grasp after losing 7 stone with Sarah Langford's Slimming World group last year.
