If doing 1 event wasn't enough this year I thought it sensible to make sure I am properly ready for the Ride 100 event in July by taking on a 190 mile 2 day cycle around London on the 12th - 13th May. This is courtesy of my Wife who seemed to think this was a great Christmas present?

We all know someone close to us who has been affected by Cancer so it's only fitting that I raise some money to help towards the research this charity does.
