Please sponsor us both to run the London Marathon in 2023! This is an incredible feat for two people who started 2022 as non-runners! We are hoping it will be an amazing experience to be able to cross that finish line and raise awareness and funds for the Mulberry Bush charity. A charity which transforms the lives of all those affected by childhood trauma, through specialist therapeutic services.

Founded in 1948, they have a strong Therapeutic Community heritage and continue to build on how it informs practice and services, enhancing the links between; Practice, Teaching and Research. 

At The Mulberry Bush, they understand the devastating effects that trauma, neglect and abuse can have on a child’s developing brain. Their work is underpinned by research and a belief in working closely, not only with the children themselves, but also with their families and wider communities, resulting in a shared commitment to improve the lives and life skills for all those made vulnerable by childhood trauma.
