On Monday 13th July I am starting a challenge to run the equivalent distance of Land's End to John O'Groats (874 miles). This is part of the End to End virtual run series  https://endtoend.run/

The race rules state I have a maximum of 12 months to do this but, knees, calves, ankles, feet and the rest of my body permitting, I'm going to try and complete it a lot quicker.

I'm raising money for Myton Hospices who looked after my Dad in his final days at their hospice in Warwick. Any donations that you can afford would be greatly appreciated and help motivate me to get out and run.
