Hello,

Firstly, I'd like to say thank you for visiting this page. Like many others I've been inspired by the community spirit and togetherness that has been displayed across the nation for our NHS. So I wanted to try and help out in some small way. Starting this evening I will attempt a 10km run everyday until the end of the U.K lockdown in order to support our heroes in the NHS. I will do this across Bristol sometimes accompanied by my trusty pal Frank (border collie). I'll keep you updated along the way both on here and on my  www.instagram.com/edwardjspeleers
