I'm running the London Marathon 2016, in memory of my amazing cousin Hannah Lindfield. 

Hannah died in November 2014, after a 23 year battle with Pfieffer Syndrome. She was 2 months younger than me. Throughout Hannah's life she received amazing support from Great Ormond Street hospital. 

Hannah was a truly incredible person. Despite the difficulties that her illness put in her way, she achieved a massive amount in her 23 years. She was a brilliant artist and wrote stunning poetry.
