It would be Colin's 40th Birthday on 25th May 2013.  With 25 or so of his friends I will be running a 1/2 Marathon on this day in Edinburgh -  which is the town of his birth and where his wife and beautiful girls now live.

I know he would chuckle to see us all grunting around the course which will spur us on to the finish line.   

If you can, do contribute a little something to the British Heart Foundation the charity we will be running for as Colin passed away from Sudden Arrythmic Death Syndrome (SADS) - essentially a sudden heart attack.  We hope the British Heart Foundation's research will help save other lives.
