I am taking part in 3,000 Push Ups in November for Teenage Cancer Trust. This November, I will be completing 3,000 Push Ups in a month. That's on average 100 Push Ups a Day

Seeing this advertised I felt this was an important cause to dedicate the next month to. No doubt it’s going to be painful but I have been through harder days this year, and those that have been diagnosed with cancer will have gone through far more struggle than 100 press ups per day

I have been fortunate enough that I have not had people around me be told they have cancer. Other families are not so lucky when young people are taken too soon, or too soon they are in for the fight of their lives. 

I have worked with homeless teens for the past 4 years, whom have a wide range of needs and support requirements which I have been trying to meet. Despite my leaving my time with the YMCA will be remembered with nothing but a smile for the work I have been able to do and the lessons I have learned that I will take with me always.
