This September SCUFF turns 5 years old, and to celebrate we are running a month long campaign to encourage people to share their stories to shatter the stigma of self-harm and raise £5000 to continue the work we do!

WORK ACTIVITY CENTRE
We fund tattoos for people left with self harm scars, creating something beautiful from the pain of the past. We provide training and resources to people who live or work with people who are self-harming and we will be setting up peer support groups for those struggling with self-harm
