Me and mum are both doing the Kiltwalk for Home-start Glasgow North and North Lanarkshire because it is a charity incredibly close to my heart. They were there for me and my family, in every way we needed, at the darkest and hardest points of my life.

They provided practical help, access to therapy, education, groups, fun days, outings, a community and a truly loving family.

I never felt like a 'client' but a member of their family who they genuinely cared for.

Without Home-Start I don't know where I would be right now.


Raising funds for this incredibly worthy and much needed charity would mean more families could be provided and cared for in their time of need.
