Now more than ever refugees need our help.  I am lucky enough to have travelled to many parts of the world and everywhere I have been people have shown unconditional love, kindness and support to me and my friends. I wasn't a refugee or someone in need yet many people I met where so generous. I feel now more than ever before is the time that I (and others like me) need to provide the support and love to those displaced by war, politics and natural disaster.  Please help me raise money to support refugees that are often in desperate, scary and lonely circumstances. I will be riding 100 miles through London and Essex with my Dad (who is raising for Alzheimers) to raise money for this cause. 

I don't really have a target of how much to raise.  The more the better, but to help persuade you to be be generous I will match £ for £ the first £500 of donations that are made to this page.
