This year I am running the Grim Challenge to raise money for the Donor Family Network in memory of Alex Lawes and the support the charity gives to families.

Through organ donation he helped save lives, changed the future for those families and left us all extremely proud.

The Grim Challenge is an 8 mile run at Aldershot's Army vehicle testing tracks. There are hills, mud, a lot of water, moguls, a sand dune, logs, railway tracks, cammo nets and a bog.
