Story
Mental health isn’t talked about enough (despite an increase in media attention). As an illness, it’s often insidious, invisible to others, and seemingly unbearable. I’m ashamed to say that throughout most of my life, I’ve been blind to the effects it can have on people (including myself), until recently.
In the past few months, I’ve been lucky enough to learn about the incredible work Mind does as a charity, helping people in need all over the country.
I want to raise as much as money as possible for them this year, and I’d appreciate any donations (whatever the amount) to help me reach my target.
I’ll be running a Tough Mudder (10 Mile, 20+ Obstacles) later this year in September for the cause.
All the money raised will go to Mind in memory of Chris Seal.
And if you want to run it with me, just let me know. Thank you, Chris Rowe, for already signing up for the challenge (we should probably start training for it soon – apparently, it’s no walk in the park).
Thank you! ❤️
