I'm running the Barcelona marathon at the end of March and I'd be incredibly grateful if you could spare any money to donate to the cause. Winston's Wish supports children and their families after the death of a parent or sibling. 

I have supported this charity since the death of my dad in February 2011 at the age of 48, and can vouch for just how important support is when you are a young person or child going through a bereavement. 

I was blown away by the donations I received when I ran the Birmingham Marathon five and a half years ago, and will be eternally grateful if people can dip into their pockets again.
